Problem
Hundreds of variants across model, colour and size overwhelmed the catalogue. Customers phoned instead of buying, and sales repeated the same answers all day.
Solution
We built instant filtering by colour and product type, tied each variant to its own imagery and stock, and turned the catalogue into a sales channel with integrated checkout.
